Returns
It is our priority to ensure your complete satisfaction, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support department at corporate@cadeaux.com.sg or whatsapp +65 87778828.
In your email, please include both the order number and the product code of the wrong item / defective item you received, so we can remedy the situation. Ensure the incorrect item is in its original condition; include the original tag. We are only accepts responsibility for incorrect or defective items made directly by Cadeaux.
Please take note that once production has begun on an imprinted/debossed/embroidered item the order cannot be cancelled.
Once eligible for return, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code for the return or refund process.
- Returns and/or exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a prior authorization code.
- Returns and/or exchanges are only accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase.
- Imprints/logos and personalized items are non-returnable unless received damaged.
- All claims must be made upon receipt of damaged goods.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.
You must ship your item prepaid as we do not accept COD deliveries.
You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges unless items arrives damaged and it is reported to customer service on day of delivery.
Please note: All items must be in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. Used or items not reported as damaged upon receipt will not be accepted for credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with unprinted/blank orders. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at corporate@cadeaux.com.sg.
